Aromatherapy

I like to combine 1-3 essential oils for your session and give you the rest in a take home roll on. I have different blends I create for pain relief, relaxation, and lymph flow. I am also happy to mix any that you like. I currently have available Spearmint, Tea Tree, Lavender, Marjoram, Basil, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Clove, Tangerine, and Ginger. My base oil is typically Coconut oil or Jojoba oil. More oils coming available soon! Want to buy your own essential oils check out essential oil partners here.

I generally advise people to bring their own cbd oil or aromatherapy blends 
if they want something specific to bring it and I can incorporate into their massage.

Ear Candling

Do you ever build of ear wax or congestion around your ears? This is a great way to gain relief from that stress and headaches that come with ear pressure and build up. It involves some gentle neck stretches, facial acupressure, lymph and is a great combination with the congested sinus relief massage! The candles are made with beeswax. I light the end on fire and it creates a spiral of smoke that sucks the wax out. I open it up for you at the end and you get to see whats inside! You can even take it home with you. We use 2-4 candles per ear.
I can use oil or not.  I can use hot facial stones or not! 

Currently in 2020 I no longer have an in office available for this. This can only be used as an add on for out call. For example you get an hour massage outcall with whatever travel fees it takes to get to you and then you can add on the ear candling session. My apologies. I wish I had a space I could work on with you. Hopefully it will happen later this year or early next year again

Cupping

Cupping is a suction based therapy that I use as a tool to help facilitate blood flow to your muscles tissues. I do not do full cupping treatments. It can show a red mark for up to 3 days. It will fade away. It can be very relaxing to your muscles especially the ones in chronic pain due to the same adhesion pattern manifesting over and over. Some like to say their "knots." I like to use this along with Integrated Deep Tissue. Please request ahead of time for this service so that I bring my cups.

Tuning Fork Therapy

Ever have a massage that is painful beyond words expressed? I've had plenty of them. I discovered using tuning forks to discharge pain from points that are too difficult to work out. I use the tuning when we find tender points and then continue to work on that point after we stimulate the area. It is a frequency of 50 hz. This is a free service I add to all my treatments. The time below isn't accurate with the sessions. Its when we need it I will use it to facilitate the comfort desired.

Infra Red Crystal Heat Mat
This crysal mat is infused with black tourmaline and jade. Click on the name to learn more about each stone. The stones involved in this mat are Black Tourmaline and Jade. The infra red heat helps with pain and inflammation. This is free and is used in all my sessions. We have it on super low or on high. Its up to you.

All Add ons are designed to be added to a treatment you are already receiving. I can't give you just a 15 min massage. Minimum travel charge is $120. I would recommend receiving a treatment and then adding on these services except Infra red mat is for in office only
