No shows and All cancellations must be within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or 50% of your appointment will be taken at the time of the scheduled appointment. Also at time of no show or cancellation if you are a promotional appointment such as groupon or other promotions you will lose your appointment and be redeemed if you do not show up or you cancel last minute!
I do not pick up numbers I do not know so close to other appointments. Text me or call me or email me and get your information in my system. So that I can pick up the phone for you when you are late or canceling last minute or trying to schedule with me
All online appointments must be confirmed with me before they are officially booked. If you want to schedule online please know that you are required to put your credit card in. I do not keep it. I only use it if you cancel or no show me to take 50% from our scheduled appointment. There will be an automated text for online scheduling but you will know if its me messaging you not an automated text. There will be a conversation and that will confirm your true appointment
