The treatments below are some examples of treatments you can get but ultimately I will work to whatever pressure you and your tissues are comfortable with to get the result you are looking for whether its to drain tissue that has been injured or is swollen from surgery, relaxing your mind and body from a long day, week, month, year. Whether we are re-calibrating your body so it can be strong and adjust to your new physical workout program or lifestyle change. Maybe there is fatigue or a physical posture imbalance that has given you excessive knots, stress, anxiety, and depression. All mobile massages if it takes me longer than an hour round trip to get back. It will be an hour per hour I am gone not including the work time extra for further outcalls. Example If you live 90 minutes away, you will be charged $150 for the 3 hours of travel time not including the price for your masssage. Your price only includes 20 miles away from my office round trip. Travel charge changes for overnight travels and other cities. Over 75 min of travel time for me for an out call is an extra $50 After hour travel charge is $60 You do the math if you are asking me to fly or drive somewhere for a week to take care of your crew. Its not going to be affordable for the average company. A travel charge isn't just the treatment its my time I'm not here or capable of serving my clientele I would at my office.

Disclaimer: I don't do any sensual massage or light touching without oil. I do lymphatic drainage to drain swelling and various scar tissue swelling issues related to lipo and other surgeries. That is as close to a light touch without oil/cream that I offer. I generally work toward a result whether is a feel good relaxing or a deep therapeutic nap you are hoping to get. Lymphatic Drainage - 90 minutes or 2 hours
Lymphatic Drainage is typically done for people who have had surgery of some kind whether that means you had liposuction or had something replaced or repaired. You will generally have swelling and how much and how long it will last greatly depends on what you had done and how your body responds to healing. Which can depend on what medicines, foods, and your genetics. How long a session or how many sessions can greatly differ based on each individuals body.
Lymphatic drainage and lymphatic drainage massage differ and will use different techniques based on the swelling you have accumulated in a particular area. Its gentle pumping motion that is designed to help you release superficial inflammation and drain excess fluid. Lymphatic drainage and lymphatic massage differ in pressure and touching what's happening beneath the tissue will let me know which technique and pressure to use. You might just need it drained and you may or may not be able to handle the lymphatic massage. Every individual differs and every appointment is customized toward what is happening with your particular body. Some liposuction people will get drained specifically but sometimes the techniques with machines they use at doctors can't drain you, nothing will move and that is when you come to me. I will open up those lymphatic congestion channels so that they can drain you manually even more than they usually do which will excel your healing process. Once your lymph nodes are not congested then the lymph nodes can continue to do their job instead of showing you signs of inflammation; which is essentially something is going on that the lymph is protecting. The lymph isn't the only system that is protecting you, so does your fascia. The fascia can trap the lymph with whatever else is building up in there or reacting due to something and create a block. So sometimes we have to release the fascia to release the lymph swelling. That why you see someone like me along side with your doctor who may be draining you.
If you are not being drained I can also suggest foods and remind you to drink water that will help your kidneys filter the rest and get rid of that which no longer serves you. Packages are usually advised and you can find those underneath services in packages but I am happy to al la carte sessions when our schedules make sense. I also like to coach you about how to do the work in between sessions. As lipo work involves 2-3 times a week of care and that can be nearly impossible to do. If you want to schedule a coaching session with your original session please ask about that. Customized Pre-natal
Pre natal is generally a relaxation massage and yes we can do some deep work but not pressure point during your pregnancy. There are also essential oils we can not use either. If you have a blend you would like to use, please do. Otherwise depending on how far along you are we will have you on your side or primarily on your back. As the baby is more comfortable when lying on the left side. Usually we will have our infrared mat off or on low heat based on request.

Congested Sinus Relief Massage - 45 minutes
Therapeutic oils are used to nourish your skin. You can also choose not to use the oils. I use cranial sacral, facial hot stones, lymph, and gentle swedish on your neck, face, pecs, and shoulders. It takes about 45 minutes. It is an excellent practice to combine with ear candling which helps the build up of ear wax and congested ear issues. Check that out in my add on section. I deeply am sad to report that I am not doing ear candling at this time. I miss doing it but I had to move offices in February of 2020 and left my beautiful office on Ellsworth. I no longer have window space where I am sharing two offices and neither have windows. I do plan on doing for outcall if you want to receive it. My minimal travel fee is $100 . With that said getting a massage with your ear candling is the best I can offer.

Couples Massage Private Classes
Each session is around 90 minutes and we will discover together where we hold our patterns and pains. We will focus on that which you want to focus on and I will teach both of you techniques you can use to help one another. I will show you how to hold your body mechanics so you don't get tired or hurt. One will lay down first and I will demonstrate a series of techniques and then you will practice. You will get to experience what it feels like and what its like to give. The packages of classes you will have added value with the resources of me sharing other self care tools you can use for helping yourself and each other when you are not around one another. You will learn many techniques and tools you can use for situations you haven't even thought of that massage can help you with. In our packages you will attain much more information overtime that you can use anytime, anywhere, and for anyone you love.
