Light Therapy Mask Benefits

2/18/2024

I fell in love with green light therapy after seeing an acupuncturist who used a system called Theragem on me. I found something called solargem which was more affordable to introduce. I felt like I wouldn’t be able to really use it in my practice so I found something more affordable called a LED light mask. I have the option to use this during a massage to explore light therapy a bit more. I was so obsessed with Theragem technology because I kept breaking out in a viral way on my face and everytime he used it on me it stopped the breakout and cleared it up.

I even went so far to find a green flashlight on amazon and put little emeralds inside the light to place on myself. That got annoying to hold so I bought a light mask and used the green light therapy. Which I love and am obsessed with. For an introvert like myself I don't want to go to the gym or out to all these appointments to use light therapy nor do I want to pay an absorbent amount of fees everytime I go when I can buy it myself.  I even bought a green light bulb. I wanted to write up something about each one for you to get an idea.  The light mask came with a little information of what each light can do but I wanted to unravel more research beyond what a tiny packet said.

I added some links to help assist in what each one does. I found that the red light therapy digest link is the easiest to wrap my brain around. There is a lot of research on light and laser therapy. I went down a whole other rabbit hole on laser therapy and found laser dentistry. I even put a link down that lets you see how light and laser therapy came into our view of research. It's amazing how much research is out there and how few are using it outside the skin health industry locally to where I am in Pennsylvania.  I encourage you to do your own research and unravel the magic of light therapy.  I love the discovery of our light body also known as photonics or biophotonic. I think this is a fun way to see something tangible in the world of 3d with lightwork. Doing energy work by visualizing light in your body activating through breathwork and meditation through prana is still my favorite way to work with healing and lights. Light therapy nonetheless is still valid and important research to get familiar with. It is so easy and popular to know about red light therapy from going to gyms. I can't wait for green light and these other therapies to really make it to mainstream. Here's a little more information and references to each light that comes in a light mask.

Beyond the light mask. I recently purchased terahertz wand. I will try to write a blog on that. When in use it appears its using blue light therapy but somehow its a different wave then whats going on in a light mask plus its using heat to reach the bones. It's called iteracare.  It is doing wonders for muscle healing and my digestive system. I will try to find some research around it and share in another blog soon!
