Introduction of Massage Art
I want to introduce myself a bit as many of you may not be aware of the full capacity of services that I am here to offer you.
I consider myself an Intuitive Holistic Massage Practitioner of 10 years. What does that really mean?
Its my gift to soothe, create balance, and provide any care for any suffering or stagnancies you are experiencing in your body. The main modalities I choose to apply are a mixture of Deep Tissue (Neuromuscular), Trigger point, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral,Che Nei Sung, Cupping, and Reiki. Some say my hands are magnets. I find the places that hurt and tune them into balance. I am very intuitive by nature and can tune into your areas of distress very easily. I like to work based on intentions such as clearing, increasing your cellular powerhouse, increasing dopamine, increasing oxytocin. Massage balances all the neurochemicals. Goodbye adrenal fatigue, hello grounding, injury rehabilitation, releasing pain, and goodbye anxiety, negative feelings, tension, achy, sore, and stressed feelings and connections. Simply the intention could be to maintain balance, alignment, feel good, to be loved and to be held by my professional hands.
I see you as whole and I am here to help you align to your best self through body care and self love. It isn't a one session fix it. I am not here to fix you. I am here to guide you and help you along your path to balance by sharing my massage tools and tips to assist you into healthy patterns. I have a very different approach than many therapists. I like to use Tuning Forks. These tuning forks help your body release emotional charge stuck in your tissues. You may not be aware of these issues in your tissues and how they manifest themselves. I can feel how your trigger points hold, how sticky they are, how long it takes to release one and if my holds on your trigger points are not enough. I simply use a tuning fork that discharges and tunes into that energy. I can feel the trigger point and adhesions disappear. There are many trigger points on every layer of muscle. There could be several trigger points on the same location on different muscles. When you can't handle that deep pressure because it hurts and it doesn't hurt so good. These tuning forks take away that pain. Its really transmuting your pain into a natural harmonic frequency. All of a sudden you can handle deep tissue. One trigger point released in one muscle has its own set of triggers that keeps that trigger point from turning on or off again. It's a game to me to figure out the push pull of the muscles to find the other layer of trigger points to release. Sometimes it isn't deep at all the pain that hurts. It can often be very superficial tissue where that trigger point exists and deep tissue may not assist in the way many have experienced it. It turns into a myofascial experience. I will be writing an article soon to send out to help facilitate this understanding more. The important part of understanding this for now is that there are many ways I can facilitate the release of these patterns through pressures that you can handle so it is a feel good experience all around with the after feelings and alignment that will last as long as you let it.
Don't worry I don't go on and on during a normal massage session. Everyone experiences healing differently some love to talk and others really want the time to not think and totally relax. I completely respect this. I usually don't get into these details unless you ask and even then we only have so much time to connect due to how most centers and businesses operate in the massage field. This is what sets me aside from other practitioners. I am willing to set time with you to discuss what matters. I can only do this in my home and mobile practice.
